To Qualify for a Return:

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account at www.ajwadates.co.uk.

  2. Navigate to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Fill in the online Returns Form with the required details.

  4. Package the item securely and return it to the address provided.

💷 Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your full refund (minus any shipping fees) within 3–5 business days.

  • If you received free P+P (postage & packaging) with your order, your full payment will be refunded.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return delivery costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
